Rebecca Munden
Originally from Burnt Islands, Rebecca graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a B.A. and Certificate in Criminology, where she also served as vice-president of the Memorial English Students’ Society. After Memorial, Rebecca proceeded to the University of New Brunswick, where she graduated with a J.D. in 2019 and was a member of the UNB Sopinka Cup Competitive Moot Team.
Rebecca was called to the Bar in 2020 and has since established a general practice with a focus in personal injury, family, criminal, and estates law. Rebecca is a strong proponent of access to justice, which she practices through her involvement with The Journey Project and PLIAN’s lawyer referral services, as well as her membership with the Canadian Bar Association. She has appeared at the Provincial and Supreme Courts of Newfoundland and Labrador. In her spare time, Rebecca can be found reading, writing, or getting bossed around by her cats, Gus and Percy.
