Kyle graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-operative) in 2013 and the University of New Brunswick with a Juris Doctor in 2017.

Kyle’s areas of focus are Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Wills and Estates and Maritime Law. Kyle has appeared at the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador (General and Family Division) and the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Kyle is a director of the Pleasant Manor Corporation, which offers supportive living and mental health services to the people of Newfoundland and Labrador. Kyle is a director of the Canada Progress Club in Newfoundland and Labrador and the Cavell Park Community Garden.

Kyle has instructed the International Business Law course within the Faculty of Business at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Kyle’s article Maritime Law: Sovereignty in the Arctic is published in the UNB Law Journal.
