Andrew was born in London, England, and raised in Toronto, Ontario. In 1998, Andrew graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in English Literature. Following a period of working abroad as an English teacher, Andrew entered law school at the University of Ottawa, where he graduated, cum laude, in 2011.
Andrew completed his Articles at the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Justice and was called to the Bar in June, 2012. In 2013, Andrew joined Roger Rogers Moyse, where he has since built a practice focusing primarily on personal injury and long term disability claims. Andrew was made a partner of the firm in December, 2018.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys long-distance running, spending time with his family, and leading the Chess Club at St. Mary’s Elementary.
